This is the second time I am using the services of Mudanzas Edyta London Limited. We had other removals company provide quotations that were just ridiculous but Mudanzas Edyta London Limited provided a fair and reasonable quotation. Edyta was very responsive to our enquiry and her team very professional and friendly, which made our move much more relaxed. I would highly recommend Mudanzas Edyta London Limited for their services and would definitely use their services in the future.

Moving was ok however customer service was unhelpful and unnecessary stressful on the day. They assumed a few items were too large for the move and asked me to cancel the move as items were being loaded. Then the drivers followed me on the road to pay as the self storage location had not mobile coverage and they don't trust clients to pay later, although I did offer to pay upfront while booking.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. They responded to my add asking for help, I explained the desperate situation I was in and that I don’t get finances until august 4th but had no furniture and infact had been trying to for a long time. I searched for the money and failed and this is the response I go “ Dear C. , we all have difficult situations. On Bark's platform, we have paid £5 to get your contact, nothing is free! for no one. But I don't expect someone looking for a service to tell me they don't have the money to pay. In addition to making me lose money, you are wasting my time! Have you stopped to think why you are so overwhelmed? Maybe it's because you only think about yourself and not about others!!!” I’m quite frankly appalled at this response and the assumption that my situation is trivial and something to be used against me when desperate.
